I'm Janine Malyon, a senior creative and marketing operations consultant with over 20 years of experience helping teams work better. I design the processes, structures and ways of working that make creative and marketing functions genuinely effective. I work alongside organisations and their teams to make sure new ways of working are properly embedded, understood, owned and actually used. I work with organisations wherever they are in the process: at the beginning, mid-implementation, or picking up something that's already started but needs proper support to land well.
I've led operational transformation at globally recognised organisations including Dyson and the National Trust. What I've learnt doing that work is that the best frameworks in the world only land if the people using them feel heard, supported and ready. I care as much about how change happens as what gets built.
Working independently now, I partner with organisations who need both clear thinking and careful delivery: building intake and governance from scratch, redesigning an operating model, or helping a creative or marketing team rediscover what high performance actually feels like.
